ADD steak sauce, water and bouillon to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Add beef strips, green pepper and onion to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat ingredients with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
BAKE 45 to 50 minutes until beef is tender.Divide beef mixture evenly between sandwich rolls. Place cheese slice over beef mixture.
