Ham with Peach Sauce


INGREDIENTS

  DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 cans (29 oz. each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup, drained

  • 1 cup peach or apricot preserves

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 6 to 8 pound boneless fully cooked ham

  • Whole cloves
  PREHEAT oven to 325°F.


SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.


ADD peaches, peach preserves and cinnamon to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Arrange ingredients in an even layer in oven bag. Using a table knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves. Place ham in oven bag.


CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.


BAKE 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140°F. To serve, cut open oven bag and transfer ham to serving platter.Spoon sauce over ham.
