Turkey Breast 'N Gravy


INGREDIENTS

  DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size 

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 2 packages (7/8 oz. each) turkey gravy mix

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 4 to 8 pound bone–in turkey breast, thawed

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2–inch baking pan.

ADD gravy mix and water to oven bag.Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.Sprinkle turkey breast with salt and pepper; place in oven bag. Place onions in oven bag around turkey.

CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2–inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.

BAKE 1 1/4 to 2 hours, until meat thermometer reads 170°F. For easy slicing, let stand in oven bag 10 minutes.Stir gravy before serving.
