Asian Style Pork Tenderloin


INGREDIENTS

  DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin roast

  • 3/4 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup honey roast flavored peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoon flour

  • 2 each soy sauce and sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Hot cooked rice

  • 1/4 cup peanuts or cashews, coarsely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place Reynolds Oven Bag in 13x9x2-inch baking dish with opening towards wide side of dish.

PLACE pork in oven bag. Whisk together salsa, peanut butter, ginger, flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic in medium bowl; spoon over pork.

CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie. Cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag: tuck ends of bag in pan.

BAKE 45 to 50 minutes until meat thermometer reaches 160°F.

SPOON rice onto serving platter.  Remove pork from oven bag using slotted spoon and place on top of rice. Gently stir sauce with plastic or wooden spoon; spoon sauce over pork. Sprinkle with peanuts and green onions.
