PLACE ham in bag, cut side down.
CLOSE bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.
MICROWAVE on 100% power for 5 minutes. Continue microwaving on 30% power, 70 to 80 minutes (about 10 to 11 minutes per pound), until meat thermometer reads 135�F. Let stand in bag 15 minutes for temperature to rise to 140�F before opening bag. Place ham on serving platter.
TO MAKE GINGER HONEY GLAZE, whisk together water, soy sauce, honey, flour, ground ginger and garlic powder in a small microwave-safe bowl.Microwave on 100% power, 2 minutes. Stir, spoon over ham slices to serve.
